Minor Operation of Tonsillectomy! May Allah Bless My Bro,Faiz :)

Tonsillectomy

Doctors used to think that the tonsils and adenoids were of no use in human body. Tonsils and adenoids would be surgically removed (tonsillectomy) for the purpose of preventing tonsillitis. Today, research suggests that tonsils and adenoids are our front-line defense force against infections, which invade the human body through the mouth, nose and throat.

In definition, tonsillectomy just describes the procedure of surgical removal of tonsils for the purpose of relieving tonsillitis symptoms. Tonsillectomy is not a premier treatment option for tonsillitis today, but if repeated episodes of tonsillitis interfere with your breathing or affects your general health, your doctor may recommend a tonsillectomy.

Tonsillectomy is performed on certain conditions- the surgeon will ask you lots of questions to determine whether or not your tonsils must be removed. If your infection matches the following conditions, your doctor will perform a tonsillectomy:

~Recurrent infections despite antibiotics intake

~Voice sound impairment for more than six months

~Long-lasting airway or swallowing obstruction due to swollen lymph nodes

More than six episodes of tonsillitis in one year

~Three or more episodes of tonsil infection in a three years period

~More than four episodes of tonsillitis a year for over two years

Disbbkn Faiz ade symptoms yg disenaraikan di atas,so,die lyk mjlni pmbdhan m'buang tonsil. Hopeflly,Faiz cpt sht n xsakit2 lg. Pity him,da 3thn sffers from this disease. Not so a disease act,it is an imflammation of the tonsils caused by infection.

Persidangan Agung Tahunan GPMS Ke-55 (20Nov-22Nov 09)

MUKADIMAH GPMS

Kami pelajar-pelajar Melayu yang dijemput oleh Jawatankuasa Sementara GPMS untuk menghadiri Persidangan Penubuhan Gabungan Pelajar Melayu Semenanjung di Kuala Lumpur pada 14 dan 15 Ogos 1948.

SEDAR atas perlunya disatukan tenaga sekalian pelajar Melayu di Semenanjung Tanah Melayu

 

SEDAR akan kemunduran kami di alam pengetahuan

SEDAR atas kewajipan kami untuk meninggikan darjat pengetahuan bangsa

SEDAR bahawa maju mundur, kaya miskin dan hina mulianya bangsa itu terletak di tangan kami

 

BERPENDAPAT bahawa GABUNGAN PELAJAR MELAYU SEMENANJUNG wajiblah didirikan dengan tujuan menjaga hak-hak, mengemukakan segala permintaan dan memperbaiki keadaan pelajar-pelajar Melayu dari segenap lapisan.

Persidangan Agung Tahunan GPMS Kali Ke-55

(Uitm Shah Alam)

Persidangan yang b'lgsg selama 3 hari di Kampus Induk Uitm,Shah Alam m'rupakan sesuatu yg bru bg saya. Sblm ini,sy xpnah menyertai atau m'hadirkan diri ke mana2 perhimpunan atau aktiviti yang b'kaitan dgn GPMS. Mgkn krn sekatan pelajaran dan kekangan masa.

Tapi di ksmptn kali ini,wlpn dgn brat hati mngglkn keluarga krn shri sblm p'sidangan ini,ayah saya bru sje b'angkat mengerjakan ibadah Haji. Namun sbg Setiausaha GPMS Sepang,saya gagahkan juga. Bkn m'cri pblisiti sbg Setiausaha,tp krn ingin menimba ilmu dan menambah mklmat b'kaitan Badan NGO ini. Kerana sy msh lg mentah dlm hal b'kaitan dgn GPMS. Sgt2 mentah.

Keberangkatan sy ke sana adlh b'sama Naib Pengerusi GPMS Selangor@ Yang DiPertua GPMS Sepang Mohamed Salleh bin Mohamed Sidek serta Kamal.

Walaubgaimanapn,nyata saya tidak rasa menyesal dgn Persidangan selama 3 hari ini. Byk yg saya pelajari,dan kenali dalam msa yg singkat ini. Contohnya, mengenal sdri ahli2 GPMS dr Cawangan-cawangan lain,mengenal muka Presiden GPMS; Y.Bhg Dato' Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican,Ahli-ahli Majlis Tertinggi,serta diberi kesempatan utk m'undi calon2 Ahli-ahli Majlis Tertinggi Sesi 2009/2012. Rata2 yg meletak jawatan adlh dsbbkn faktor usia. Pertama kali diberi ksmptn m'undi,b'debar2 rse di hati krn tkt undi rosak dan sebarang yg b'kaitan.

Tp Alhmdulillah,semua b'jln lncar. Rata2 semua perwakilan b'stju dgn muka2 baru sebagai Ahli Majlis Tertinggi tp dgn harapan bhwa mereka mjlnkn tgas dan amanah yg diberi dgn baik,telus,adil,saksama serta rasional dlm m'buat sebarang kptsan.

Semoga dgn sgla kesgghn mmimpin,GPMS akn trus dikenali krn usaha yg murni dlm memartabatkn penguasaan ilmu dlm kalangan bgsa Melayu serta menjaga Hak Pelajar-pelajar Melayu.
